ARTHUR HELLER

 
March 9, 2018 - Arthur Heller, born April 23, 1928, beloved husband of the late Florence, father of Lewis (Donna) Heller and grandfather of Briena and Oren Heller.  Although he was orphaned at age 16, Arthur graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Hamilton College and received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania where he was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha.  After serving as a Captain and physician in the U.S. Air Force, Arthur spent his career as a physician in Philadelphia serving members of the police and fire departments.  He often remarked that “when you have your health you have everything".  Arthur was a brilliant and caring doctor and a very kind and gentle person who will be greatly missed.  Relatives and friends are invited to services Friday 11 am at Montefiore Cemetery.
