JEROME BRILL

Husband of the late Myrna (nee Copman) for 42 years.  Father of Janice L. Miller, MD (Jeff) and Robert F. Brill.  Grandfather of Harris and Paulina Miller.

Zussy, as he was known, was the son of the late Joseph and Yetta Brill.  He was the brother of the late Selma Zucker and Pauline Weintraub.

Zussy was the only member of his family to be born in the United States.  Zussy was a retired physical therapist. He was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, School of Allied Medical Professions.

He was a life member of the American Physical Therapy Association and a member of Old York Road Temple - Beth Am.

Zussy served in the U.S. Navy from 1951 to 1955, attaining the rank of Hospital Corpsman First Class (Petty Officer First Class).

In retirement, he enjoyed his visits to Lithuania.  He enjoyed discovering his family roots as well as visits with his beloved Tanta Malka.

Zussy is also survived by nephews Mike Zucker, Phil Zucker (Stephanie), Barry Weintraub, and niece Pauline “Pitzie” Linsky (Bruce).
