ANGELINA (Arlotta) KATZ

January 1, 2019.  Angelina Katz, 82, passed away in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. She was born to the late Carlo and Fortunata Arlotta on February 8, 1936, in Clifton, New Jersey. She married to the love of her life, the late Arnold Katz, in 1956 and they lived in Paterson, New Jersey for 12 years before relocating to Edgewater Park where Arnold served as Mayor in the 1980s. She is survived by three children (listed here with spouses) Allan and Anna Katz, Carla Katz, and Genise and Rocco Riccio. She is also survived by four grandchildren Anthony Albertson, Montana Katz McKim, Cooper Katz McKim, and Gabriella Katz. Angelina was predeceased by her loving husband in 1991. Angelina loved to laugh and had a great sense of humor.  She was also tough and spirited, walking barefoot in the snow and killing wasps with her bare hands. She worked long hours for decades as a child care worker and gave the gift of her heart to so many children. She was always immensely proud of her children and grandchildren and leaves behind beautiful and funny memories. Even though she suffered from Lewy Body Dementia during the past ten years, she found many moments to show family and friends her feisty side and her love.  Relatives and friends are invited to services Friday, 12 Noon at Crescent Memorial Park.  BERSCHLER and SHENBERG
