I really appreciate your time, expertise, patience and understanding. You are definitely in the right profession. ...Again, thank you. I appreciate your understanding, your kindness and your patience with me. (And thanks for making sure the purse was in there for mom.) You made it all happen the way it had to and for that I will always be grateful.
Dear Howard; I just wanted you to know that everything went smoothly. I cannot thank you enough for all your advice and help. Dad chose wonderful people like you to help us at this difficult time. With gratitude,
Just wanted to thank you for everything you did to make yesterday’s service for my mother so special. I know you had to work extra hard to have her moved from Florida to New Jersey and especially over the weekend. Our family was so pleased with the service and I can’t express how much stress you removed from my plate during a very difficult time.
Howard, thank you for all your help with my father's burial. I liked your readings at the gravesite, and if possible, please email me a copy of them. Thank you
Thank you. It was great talking and meeting you. You did a great job .
We can not thank you enough.
I want to extend thanks to you from my entire family, for handling everything so competently and respectfully.
I want to thank you and your staff for your high degree of professionalism under extremely difficult circumstances. The event could not have been any better than it was.
My sister and I are deeply appreciative for your help with the many details big and small to organize (our mother's) service and burial.
You were understanding and patient and all of us there, both actually and virtually, felt appreciative for a peaceful departure. Your contribution to this was significant and we thank you. The Rabbi was extraordinary. I know it took patience to see that through.
I now think of you as a Jewish “Saint”. Your kindness and patience are remarkable and much appreciated. With heartfelt appreciation and gratitude.
Thank you for following up with the plaque inscription, and also for guiding my family and me through this sad process. Rabbi was an excellent recommendation for our family.
I want to thank you for all of the support and services that you have given to me and my family through this difficult time. We sincerely appreciate all of your expressions of comfort and trust that you have extended to us during this period of sorrow.
I hope this finds you and your family staying safe and healthy and maintaining sanity during this scary time. I just wanted to drop you a line, as my mother's yahrzeit approaches, to say thank you again for making the terrible experience of planning a parent's funeral as comforting and loving as possible. Two weeks ago, my mother in law died of advanced dementia down here in DC. We were so grateful for the exceptional care she received in her last years, months and days, and my husband's experience with the funeral services was fine, but it was nothing like the incredibly helpful and just very compassionate experience I had with Berschler & Shenberg. Thankfully, he was in a better place emotionally than I was- he was prepared, he'd said goodbye, he'd begun final arrangements- so the transition required less hand holding, but it made me think of you and for how grateful I am that you were there for me.
I hope that during this time of strive and death that you are safe and well and that other families can be comforted knowing they are in your good hands.
I wish to thank you for your invaluable assistance in my and my family's time of need. You were professional and yet caring and warm when we needed that. The service went off beautifully and was suffused with love. My wife would have loved it. The Rabbi you supplied was perfection itself and he provided the warmth that was required. Again, thank you for all you did and for providing the welcoming shoulder to those who were in need of warmth and understanding.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for doing a beautiful job with my mother's funeral arrangements. This has been an emotionally draining time so your professionalism and help has meant a great deal. Thanks for everything.
Thank you for attending to all the needs of my brother in his final resting place. With sincere gratitude.
Thank you very much for all your help, support, care, kindness and your professionalism guiding me through the whole funeral process. You definitely made a horrible time easier for me.
I first met Howard Shenberg over 5 years ago when he helped my father-in-law plan my mother-in-law's funeral. He was caring and responsive during this time and helped with all the details involved with her funeral. When my father-in-law died, Howard was there again to help us plan that funeral. Howard is helpful, caring and respectful during what is a very sad time.
My family has been using your funeral home since 1957. I had the opportunity to work with Howard when my mother died. He made sure everything my family wanted for my mother's funeral was done expertly and he made the entire process stress free, considering the circumstances. This way the family could remember my mother for the person she was during her life.
Thank you for your compassionate attention to my wife's funeral. We all felt that your personal attention to all the details made us feel better at this trying time.
Thank you for shepherding us thru such an emotional time and for sending Mom off in such a dignified manner. Your kindness and expertise was invaluable.
Thank you so much for all your help with my Mom. You have been very comforting to me, and I really appreciate your making this difficult time as bearable as possible.
Thank you from the bottom of our broken hearts for taking such good care of us during these very trying days.
We wanted to thank you and your company with all of the many details surrounding my mother's death. We appreciate your attention to detail and kindness. You made a horrible experience bearable.
Many heartfelt thanks to you for helping me during this difficult time. You made my life easier with your professionalism and caring hearts.
Sunday is somewhat of a blur but I guess you see that a lot. I do, however, remember being treated with kindness and respect.
I have appreciated your professional demeanor during this difficult time but with your help, my mother's final wishes have been fulfilled. As an absentee family member, it is especially gratifying to know that, with your help, a proper interment has been accomplished.
Just a short note to let you know how grateful we are to you, as a family for helping to make the burial of our aunt a little easier, especially regarding her daughter. ... Your presence at the gravesite, and how you quietly guided her through the service, was so very helpful, it some how eased our burden. Thanks again.
Thank you so much!
Thank you for making a difficult time much easier. Your counsel, attention to every detail, coordination of the service, and sincere caring attitude were a blessing to me and my family. May you be well and active so that you continue to help grieving families for many years to come.
I wanted to tell you how many wonderful comments we received following my mother's service. It couldn't have been better and I thank you for making it so.
Please accept my deep gratitude for all your assistance and thorough attention to detail with my father's funeral. Your kindness and care will always be appreciated and remembered.
Thank you for all your help during this very difficult time.
I know my daughter Susan said thank you for the lovely job you did for Marty. I want to thank you also for everything.
We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve. Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.
